Low Hosting Center should be called Low Hosting "Support" Center because we care about the way we handle your support issues just as much as we care about providing web services at rock bottom prices. If there is an issue that concerns you OR that you would like to ask a question about, we have many different ways that you can get in touch with us. We do this for many reasons, but the most important is because we have been customers working with other companies that seemed to have 15 cast iron walls that you had to plow through before you can get to a living breathing person. We didn't like it when we had to do it and we don't think that you should have to do that with us.

Our sales department is here to assist you in your purchases and to answer any questions that you might have before you purchase. Our sale associates are webmasters themselves so you are getting your information from people who know the business from the ground up. Sale can also help you with any upgrade packages or additional services that you would like to add on.

Technical Support
We pride ourselves on have some of the best coders around. Our technicians can answer any questions and solve any issues that you may have ranging from web site style to email account set up. Customer Service
Customer service is the heart of customer support. They are your general question box. If you have a question, and you are not sure who to ask, then customer service is you answer. Customer service is who you need to contact for downgrading services or dropping add-ons.

Billing
We have this department in place to devote focused attention on the monies that you are charged. Low Hosting Center believes in earning their money and in no way want to charge more than we have earned. If you have ANY issues with your bill please contact us so that we can either explain the issue or refund your monies promptly.

Ticket System
Our ticket system is a secondary line of communication. We use this very system to create internal project management tickets. We thought that since it works so well for us that we should allow it to work that well for you too. When you submit a ticket you are in affect skipping a step in the issue solution process. This in turn will speed up your response.
