If you need more email accounts then this is the upgrade for you. Email accounts are a nessisity for a professional and stable look to your clients. There is nothing that says "Fly by night organization" than dealing with customers through a hotmail or yahoo account. And it is worse for your clients to deal with you through your own website email and your employees through a hotmail account.
Each 10 pack comes with 500MB worth of disk space included. This space is divied evening among the accounts by default but you can change that to be divided up as you choose. All of the accounts are either IMAP or POP3. This is not an exchange server and will not function like one. Email addresses can be in any format that you wish ie, first.last@domain.com, FirstL@domain.com, support@domain.com, etc.
